When goods are bought or sold "Ex Works" (EXW) it means that the Seller is making the goods available at their factory or warehouse. The buyer is then free to come and pick up the goods. Ex Works places full responsibility for cost and risk with the buyer, as the buyer has to arrange everything.

Funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l. (“Castik”) have entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Customs Support Group (“CSG”) from Mentha Capital and CSG’s founder Oscar Driessen, who will remain a minority shareholder and advisor to the business. In addition, the management will stay on board and (re)invest in the business.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Castik Capital, a European Private Equity firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Customs Support from Mentha Capital and Park Ventures. Oscar Driessen (Park Ventures) and the management team will make a (re)investment in the transaction alongside the EPIC II fund managed by Castik.

As of May 16th you no longer need a surveillance document when you enter certain iron- and metal products into free circulation. The same goes for certain aluminium products.
